Mail-in Registration: Download the Runner Registration Form by clicking here, then mail or fax the completed form to the listed address or fax number. Don't forget to mail in your payment if you are choosing this registration method. (Checks should be made payable to the Utah Hemophilia Foundation.)

Support a Runner: You also have the opportunity to raise additional money for the Utah Hemophilia Foundation. Ask friends and family to sponsor you in the race by making donations to the UHF. Runners who raise $100 or more will receive a deluxe mesh running shirt, available only to those who accomplish this fundraising feat. Additionally, the top three fundraisers will be recognized at the event and awarded fantastic prizes. Please note, we must have all Support a Runner donations collected and turned in to the UHF by May 18th so that we may order your shirt and have it ready for you the day of the event.
